Job Description
A well-established food distribution organization is looking for a salesperson. The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Conducting the daily sales report and sharing it with the line manager
- Setting a cost effective sales route
- Establishing a client visits schedule report and sharing it with the line manager
- Following clients requests and complaints and reporting them to the line manager
- Proposing solutions to the clients complaints
- Establishing communication and PR with the clients and convincing them to boost the sales numbers
- Seeking to add potential clients on the sales route
- Allocating correctly the competing products based on similarity in quality
- Convincing the clients in order to convince them to try the organisations’ products
- Following up on the organisation promotional campaign
- Making sure the products are displayed on the clients shelves as per the set norms, sales strategy, and promotional campaign
- Conducting products return on time
- Filling the products return report
- Assessing competitors movement in the market
- Identifying market advantage
- Assuming responsibility for reaching the sales set targets
- Setting and following up the basic terms of agreement with the clients
- Following up with the drivers/distributors in order to reach to smoothly deliver the products to the client
- Providing the accounting department with information related to the aging report
