Job Description
A well-established food distribution organization is looking for an account receivable officer/treasurer. The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of cash flow reports
- Conducting payments for the local suppliers
- Receiving the revenues from the salesperson and drivers
- Following up with the salesperson and drivers on the sales revenues collection
- Preparing excel trackers in order to follow up on the revenues collection
- Ensuring a proper handling of petit cash fund and safe
- Preparing a weekly account receivables projection
- Depositing the collections in the bank
- Assisting in the preparation of the daily sales receivables report
- Updating the clients aging reports
- Conducting daily cash transaction control
- Providing necessary information for the accounting manager in order to prepare the receivables reports, balance sheet, cash flow, banks position, income statement
