Job Description
Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and aluminium works. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
- مسؤول عن جميع أعمال التشطيبات مثل أعمال الطابوق والجص والسقوف المستعارة والجدران والطلاء وأعمال التبليط والرخام وأعمال الأرضيات الخشبية وأعمال الألمنيوم تنسيق المهام حسب الأولويات والخطط على سبيل المثال لا الحصر
- إعداد الجداول الزمنية ومراقبة حضور الطاقم
- تخصيص المسؤوليات العامة واليومية
- الإشراف على العمال والتجار وتدريبهم
- تأكد من أن القوى العاملة والموارد كافية
- ضمان استيفاء جميع احتياطات السلامة ومعايير الجودة
- الإشراف على استخدام الآلات والمعدات
- مراقبة النفقات والتأكد من بقائها في حدود الميزانية
- حل المشاكل عند ظهورها
