Job Description
1- Check emails on a daily basis and take actions accordingly
2- Answer phone calls and take actions accordingly
3- Do Typing, photocopying, printing and other administrative work
4- Being aware of all relevant food safety legislation and standards that are applicable to the factory
5- Monitoring all food handlers to make sure that all food handling tasks are properly and safely carried out.
6- Knowing how to recognize, prevent and alleviate food safety hazards in the factory.
7- Ensuring that food handlers maintain safe personal hygiene.
8- Ensuring that the food safety program is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
9- Completing all required training and holding the necessary statement of attainment or certificate on the correct food and safety practices.
10- Being effectively present in the factory during operating hours, in addition to finalizing the paper work.
11- Ensuring that the business complies with all relevant food safety standards and codes.
12- Ensuring that all factory staff know how and when to deliver food & safety records.
13- Performing checks for any breaches of food safety.
14- Identifying any potential food safety hazards and putting control measures in place to prevent them.
15- Handling any issues of noncompliance when they arise.
16- Acting as a point of contact for all Food Handlers, as well as food safety authorities.
17- Developing Flowcharts for any new item and updating the existing.
18- Be present in the factory during working hours and overlook the production/the team
