Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Planning & maintaining work systems and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality in a highly ethical manner when it comes to sensitive information.
• Making up routine correspondence and emails.
• Maintaining efficient filing system and coordinating with the legal team to ensure accuracy.
• Greeting clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party.
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner and routing callers to correspondences.
• Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock.
• Developing and updating administrative systems and coping with other departments when
needed.
• Maintaining contacts lists.
• Providing information by answering questions and requests.
• Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Management.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in the field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task with little supervision
• Strong knowledge of MS Office package-MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
