SCOPE OF THE JOB:

The Human Generalist is responsible for administering the international’s HR department in full compliance with Adidas international regulations, by providing comprehensive professional HR services and managing the activities of all Adidas employees located in Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:

  • Developing recruitment strategies by sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including Job posts, Social Media, etc…
  • Liaising with potential candidates and arranging meetings with the hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Designing and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
  • Leading the Recruitment process, from putting the ad together, short-listing candidates, organizing the different interviews, and finalizing the job offer.
  • Negotiating job offers and agreements with candidates.
  • Documenting processes and updating databases and Applicant Tracking system.
  • Handle the on-boarding & off-boarding cycles of all employees, and communicate their employment status with concerned parties.
  • Share exit interviews with leavers; generate and analyze reports related to separations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Prepare payroll reports, ensuring that all transactions (including attendance, changes, deductions and other) are added accurately; review and approve relevant reports before confirming them to management for payment.
  • Conduct monthly checkups on medical statuses, and follow up on their yearly medical documents.
  • Review and control salary structure for all Adidas Franchise stores located countries, and newly created positions.
  • Ensure employees are getting all granted benefits on time, and related documentation are being prepared & updated. (Insurance & occupational health, meal tickets, uniform, employees discount, etc.)

Reporting:

  • Develop innovative reporting in areas such as salaries, employee benefits, and department needs in order to facilitate access to information.
  • Issue monthly reports related to different HR metrics such as employees’ turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey; generate and analyze related reports and suggest action plans accordingly.

Training & Development:

  • Conduct Assessment Centers, develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and assess progress.
  • Conduct Training needs assessments and coordinate with the training department; prepare and deliver training courses in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system and reward programs that drive better productivity and professional advancement for employees.
  • Develop and update clear policies & procedures, and ensure its proper implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent Masters. HR recognized certification is as a plus.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the HR field, international exposure is a plus.
  • Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English & Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in Ms. Office, especially in excel.
