Job Description
Paper Trading company looking for a procurement assitant to the General Manager in the field of import & export duties.
Requirements:
Communicating with suppliers / selected customers.
Following up on orders (Proforma, Order Confirmations, Invoices, L/C's Etc...)
Monitoring customs clearance and port duties.
Coordinate with finance and sales departments.
Follow up on complaints and claims.
Assist GM in special tasks.
Honest, discrete & work oriented person.
University Degree
Excellent English, French is a plus
Minimum 5 years experience
Good communication & negotiation skills
Working hours: 7:00 - 16:30 Mon - Fri
