Job Description
Duties/responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments and branches
- Issue transfers, delivery notes, receptions, reports etc.
- Receive products and check if the received products match the invoice
- Check production date, expiry date, batch number and quality of all received items
- Control and collect required documents for shipments
- Ensure that the shipments status and documents are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
- Prepare all required documents for the imported and exported shipments
- Prepare all stickers for packed items
- Packing all items for shipments
- Prepare items to be sent for UAE Branches
- Ensure that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse
- Performs other related duties as assigned and cover up the absence of the "Warehouse Supervisor"
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Previous warehousing experience
- Proficiency in inventory software and databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
