Job Description
• Deployment, Implementation and maintenance of ERP /HR
• Train Customers and end users on the ERP/HR Systems
• Solve client’s problems remotely or on site
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
• Troubleshoot client’s software application installation
• Identify & Resolve various network and database issues
• Respond to questions and inquiries related to the ERP System
Job Requirements
• Knowledge in SQL 2008 and above
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Training & analysis Skills
• Able to work in a team environment
Education Requirement
• BA in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems or business computer equivalent
