Position Overview:

As a Valet Parking Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and efficient parking experience for all patrons, contributing to the overall positive impression of our establishment. The role of a Valet Parking Agent is pivotal in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Reception and Parking:

  1. Greet customers courteously upon arrival.
  2. Take possession of vehicles and carefully park them in designated areas.
  3. Ensure vehicles are secured and keys properly tagged and stored.

Customer Service:

  1. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  2. Assist guests with luggage and other items as needed.
  3. Offer directions and information about the facility or surrounding area.

Efficiency and Safety:

  1. Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
  2. Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws when operating vehicles.
  3. Report any damages or issues with vehicles promptly.

Communication:

  1. Coordinate effectively with other valet team members and staff.
  2. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in valet parking or a related customer service field preferred.
  2. Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and a focus on providing outstanding service.
  6. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift heavy objects (luggage, etc.).

Working Conditions:
