Job Description
Maintain consistent stores visit process to maintain standards of performance in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitor, motivate, train and develop staff to develop productivity according to company policies & procedures.
Report on sales, expenses, margin, losses and business performance of the fresh section according to company requirement.
Implementation of advertising and promotional strategy and activities as scheduled.
Plan and implement merchandising and refrigerators’ layout so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance and image for customers.
Monitor active selling, customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Follow up continuously on the stock control: products availability and diversity, orders and distribution to branches…
Adopt and Share best practice throughout business.
Liaise with and utilize support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required.
Monitor, maintain and report as necessary all merchandise stock and all free stock of the designated section.
Make sure all promotional items at the fresh section present on the flyer are available at our stores.
Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant departments within the company.
Attend meetings and contribute to company strategic and policy-making as required.
